November is HERE! All the gardens are being put to sleep....but many are still abundant as they move into winter crops! Wow! We really have some amazing gardeners! Just in case you are wondering... Hello, It seems that Fall has come all at once, bringing rain and a chill to the air. It seems that our gardeners are busy taking advantage of the clear days with final harvesting, and some back breaking soil turnover.  Our garden has been re-gifted some picnic tables from another Community Garden that does not have need for them. They are rainbow coloured and require assembly but we happily took them to re-paint and assemble. Paint colour will be determined by the paint store that can provide free or really discounted and environmentally safe! If you could pick...which colour would you pick? Summer BBQ & Facebook Page Hello! Well the summer BBQ was a success! Maiken led a team of volunteers to whip together a party! Gus whipped up amazing Souvlaki! Craig made a speech! Everyone had many laughs! Over 100 dollars was won in the 50/50 draw and donated back to the garden! People won great Door Prizes and EVERYONE went home full!
